Rescheduling of Closing Ceremony and Other Matters 

As the Education Bureau has announced the suspension of classes tomorrow, the Closing Ceremony as well as S.3 Announcement of Results of Subject Selection which originally takes place tomorrow will be re-scheduled to Monday, 14 July 2025. The event time remains unchanged.  Students should arrive at school no later than 8:00 a.m. 

Student who is unable to attend the above activities must submit a parent letter along with the supporting document (e.g. flight ticket, high speed rail ticket, proof of joining workshop, etc.) to the school. The school will handle the matters of leave application at its discretion. The student is required to submit the abovementioned documents to the School Office and collect the report cards and other school materials from 25 (Monday) to 29 (Friday) August.    

Besides, Parents of students concerned please pay attention to the following:

1. The arrangements on 14 July (Monday) regarding the ordering of school uniform and lunch box, as well as HPV vaccination remain unchanged.

2. The deadline of purchasing textbooks online through The Commercial Press (H.K.) Ltd has been extended to 1:00 p.m. on 15 July (Tuesday).

3. Parents of student participating in the New Zealand Study Tour are requested to collect the report cards and other school materials (including the results of S.3 subject selection) for their students on 14 July (Monday) (after 2:00 p.m.) or 15 July (Tuesday) at school. If parents are unable to collect the materials in these two days, please inform the school office and the materials should be picked up by students from 25 (Monday) to 29 (Friday) August. 

4. The arrangements for other activities held on 11 July (Friday) will be announced later.  

5. Students who received the notification of retention before must register in person at the school   office from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on 14 July (Monday).
